In the Netherlands, and also worldwide, there are disciplinary actions against the spreading coronavirus. These actions against coronavirus COVID-19 in the Netherlands perform enormous impact to the companies. For VHLGenetics, the actions also mean that employees work from home (if possible) and we strive to keep the services to our customers as fully available as possible.
Customer service is available from 8 am until 5 pm and also the laboratory work will still continue.
In the coming period, we remain committed to continuing to guarantee the continuity of services to our customers. In exceptional cases, the turnaround time may not be obtained in time or the waiting times for our phone services may increase. For the tests performed by foreign laboratories, we cannot currently guarantee the turnaround time, due to the current lock-down situations in these countries. We ask for your understanding of this situation.
